Propane Delivery Options

Routed Delivery:
W & H can deliver propane on a routed basis. Must have credit approved and account must remain current. While a customer has a propane contract, the customer will be on a routed basis until the contract is fulfilled or expired.

Will Call:
Customers will call when their tank reaches 25%. Minimum notice on call in orders are 24 hours. Minimum fill is 250 gallons.

Cash on Delivery Customer (COD):

Cash on Delivery accounts must make payment on or before the delivery date in the office. Cash on Delivery customers cannot be routed. Charge accounts that are past due will be tagged as Cash on Delivery and may be turned over to a collection agency.

Same Day Delivery:
Call in orders requesting same day service may incur a trip charge of $90 (plus tax). Routed delivery customers are not subject to this charge.

After Hours Delivery:
Requests for deliveries after 4:30 pm on weekdays, weekends and Holidays will incur a trip charge of $90 (plus tax). Routed delivery customers are not subject to this charge.

Out of Gas Calls:
Insurance regulations require a pressure check of the gas system on any system out of gas. Accounts not on a routed delivery will incur a $40 (plus tax) charge for this pressure check on the first occurrence, $50 (plus tax) on the second occurrence, and $75 on the third occurrence. If the system does not hold pressure, the service department will be called to repair the system. Regular service rates will be charged for repairing the system. Customers running out of propane 3 times during any given heating season may be asked to find a new propane distributor.
